Great flavor but it would have been better with rice as stated, the fam was not happy after waiting for long pick up time.
After trying to call and reach someone for 45 mins we had already finsihed our food. It was about an hour later when when we finally got someone on the phone. They immediately gave us attitude and said we could pick up our missing rice the next day...wonderful customer service.

Quite the little gem I found. I LOVE saltado, I think it's one of the best dishes ever. If you're going to have a Keto-Cheat day Saltado its perfect item.

You get bread to start and you can have it with butter or better yet, dip it in the Hulk Sauce (the mean green spicy sauce). Then the saltado has seafood (I always get the seafood one) with rice AND fries in it!!! Come on, that's not just a home run, it's a walk off grand slam.

This place is small and humble, but the food is off the charts. My dish was cooked to perfection and the server was very, very nice.

I was about to go to another place a bit closer to me but Chaio isn't very good and when I called the other spot, I tried to call and he told me to hold on and after 2 minutes he hung up on me. It was sign.  I drove the extra 5 minutes and found this spot. WHAT A FIND!!!!

I was curious about what Peruvian food was like and my buddy was craving it so we came here. I ordered saltado with chicken and Tri Tip, the meat was of a pretty good quality. Both the chicken and beef were tender, moist, and had a solid amount of flavor. I discovered that Peruvian food isn't really my thing, but I can recognize good quality food and this spot was that for sure.

The restaurant had a very Peru vibe, with a poster of Machu Picchu, Peruvian staff, and what I assumed was Peruvian TV. The parking lot can get pretty cramped with the neighboring shops. I'd recommend this spot if you're into Peruvian cuisine or just curious about it. (:

Family run Peruvian restaurant convenient to Reseda, Lake Balboa, and Northridge South!  Great and friendly service and comfort food that is to DIE for!

Great lomo saltado, possibly the best I have ever had! The ingredients are so fresh!  The fried yucca is also incredible, and of course you don't want to miss out on the fried plantains... I am drooling just thinking about it!

I still have to try the aji de gallina, and the tallarines verde, I am looking forward to my next visit!
